Agreement between customer and MrTico Ltd.
Welcome to the MrTico.com website. This website provides customers assistance in gathering travel information and making legitimate vacation bookings with third parties. The terms “we”, “us”, “our”, “the website” and “MrTico” refer to MrTico Ltd., a Costa Rican registered travel agency. The term “you” refers to the customer visiting the website and/or booking a vacation through us.

Use of Website
As a condition of your use of this website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, you possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation and you will use this website in accordance with this agreement. Furthermore you will only use this website to make legitimate bookings for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. All information you, or your family member supply us with must be true, accurate, current and complete.

Prohibited Activities
The content and information on this website is proprietary to MrTico. While we allow you to make limited copies of your travel itinerary and related documents, you agree not to otherwise modify, copy, transmit, distribute, display, perform, reproduce, license, publish, transfer, sell or re-sell any information and/or products obtained from MrTico or its website.

Limitation of Liability
However MrTico Ltd. continuously strives for the best, service and safety orientated hotels, tour operators and car rental AGENCIES; we will not assume responsibility for their services. Furthermore, MrTico does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, AND MERCHANTABILITY for a particular purpose of any of the information shown on the website. In no circumstances shall MrTico be liable for any injury, loss, claim, theft, damage, death or any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever which arise from, or is in any way connected to any information on the website.

All products and services offered on our website are followed through by 3^rd party vendors. Any customer issues or problems of any kind should be taken up directly with the vendors concerned. We are limited to investigating your concerning issues or problems regarding the specific vendor and act accordingly by a possible contract termination between vendor and MrTico.

By participating in your booked activities, most operators request you to sign a liability waiver. Without a signed waiver, the operator will not allow you to participate in the activity concerned. All operators are not to be held responsible for any injury, loss, TheFt, claim, damage, death or any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever which arise from, or is in any way connected to their activities or services.

Notice of Risk
Activities related to extreme sports require adequate fitness levels and technical skill. Some of them specifically white water rafting, SCUBA diving,  horseback riding, mountain biking, canyoning, operating all terrain four wheel motorcycles, surfing, river kayaking, ocean kayaking, bungee jumping, wind surfing,  canopy tours, hot air ballooning, hiking and caving have dangers and risk by their nature and by taking place in outdoor setting are subject to changing and unpredictable meteorological conditions. MrTico will strive to clearly inform of the difficulties and risks which your selected activities involve, however it is your responsibility to determine if you have the capability, based on your physical fitness level and technical skill.

Deposit, Full Payment, Modification, No Show and Cancellation Policy
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD credit card payments. Read about our SSL certified website for secure payments.  

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of $350 deposit per person, however, in peak season we ask a deposit of 50% of the total sum. Final payment is required at least 60 days before start date. You will receive a full digital vacation package including vouchers no later than 15 days after final payment. Full refund minus $150 per person, if requested in writing at least 65 days before start date. No refund if we receive your cancellation less than 65 days before start date. We allow limited modification of your final itinerary if requested at least 45 days before start date. We will modify the price according to the requested changes and need to charge you an additional modification fee of $25 to $125, depending on the modification. No participation on a trip or part of the trip (eg. activities) without prior notification is considered as 'no show', and therefore lost without refund.
If necessary, MrTico will modify your itinerary in case of a delay in arrival. You will be charged for any modification fee that is applicable. We can not be held responsible for a delay in arrival, and therefore a penatly fee might be applied to you.

All outdoor activities are weather dependent and can be canceled or rearranged in the interests of safety.
