Hotel California

The hotel California is located on a hillside, surrounded by the jungle and overlooking the Pacific ocean, just minutes from Manuel Antonio National Park, and walking distance from the town of Quepos.

The rooms at the Hotel California were designed to make your stay as relaxing as possible. All 28 rooms have been recently remodeled and are equipped with state-of-the-art A/C split units, cable TV, mini-bars, telephone, balcony and terraces, security safety box and a wonderful atmosphere created at this oasis in the tropics. A delightful ocean-view restaurant and lovely pool enhance your stay.

The California Sunset Restaurant features variety of salads, soups, sandwiches and "bocas" (basically snack foods of a Tico variety.) for their lunch menu and an international fusion cuisine that focuses on fresh seafood, pastas,  and Costa Rican food for dinner; also offering a generous vegetarian options, as well. All options are reasonably priced and the variety is sufficient for all tastes. They also offer a children’s menu. Oh, and don’t forget the Sunset Grill Pool Bar which serves exotic tropical drinks, beer and various wines from South America.
