Day 1. Take it easy after your arrival and sit back and relax at a very convenient hotel near the airport. Enjoy your free cocktail at the pool and send your friends back home an e-mail about your first Costa Rica experience!

Day 2. This morning after breakfast, get ready for your ride to your first beach location. By private transportation you will leave the Central Valley, cross the Gulf of Nicoya by boat, and drive some dirt roads until you reach the funky and laid back town of Montezuma. Here you will be checking into the best and most luxurious lodge in the area (according to both MrTico and Tripadvisor.com).

This lodge is a great escape to a tropical paradise and boasts a beautiful 20 acre white sand beach surrounded by verdant splendor. Your enchanting room located right on the beach is where you will be staying for the coming three nights. Wake up to the sounds of the gentle waves, enjoy a sumptuous breakfast and watch the playful monkeys in the trees and iguanas tanning in the gardens.

Day 3.This package is designed for people who don’t mind doing nothing but relaxing, eating and breathing paradise. However if you do like to be a little more active you can go hiking, horseback riding, quadracycling, canopy flying, snorkeling and scuba diving. Just let us know and we will customize this package according to your wishes.

Day 4. Naturally Ylang Ylang has much more to offer than ‘just’ a delightful beach, lush gardens and world class cuisine. After a beach breakfast including ‘Ylang Ylang Natural Juice’ and a refreshing ocean dive, you might want to attend a Yoga session, get one of the many ‘Ylang Ylang’ Spa treatments or enjoy the wonderful pool with waterfall. A 15-minute beach walk brings you to the lovely town of Montezuma.

Day 5. It’s time for a different location. Many consider the beaches of Malpais and Santa Teresa as the most beautiful of the country, and we do not think any different. Just a 45 minute ride by private transportation, sits your next hiding place. This small luxurious lodge offers magnificent panoramic ocean views, great services, and beautiful rooms. Again, relax, enjoy its gardens, pool(bar), Jacuzzi and the Rancho.

Day 6. Enjoy your breakfast before you go out and explore the new environment. In town you can rent surf boards (about $10) to catch some great waves.

Day 7. It’s your last day at the beach. Again, this package is activity free, but we can add anything you like. Just let us know and we will make it happen. Choose between horses, fishing, canopy zip lines, quads and surf (lessons).

Day 8. It’s time to leave paradise. After breakfast, your private driver will take you back to the Central Valley.
